Air Force Uses FPA As Substitute For Cost Cap
In January 2013, Hill Partners helped the U.S. Air Force use a new and unique risk transfer product to transfer 600 acres at the McClellan Air Force Base outside Sacaramento, CA. The product, known as a Fund Processing Agreement (or “FPA”) substitutes for “Cost Cap” insurance.
